CHORD PROGRESSION

Two or more notes played together. This is an effective way of expression in music. Words may be insufficiently ineffective when attempts are made to convey affectionate and emotional realities but what needs to be said must be said so as to paint a picture of what the heart feels. In this piece, a man suddenly finds a woman he is attracted to, the thought of both hearts as notes are getting played together in his imaginations and he begins to put words together for her, hoping to make her understand what she is doing to him. The best part of starting every day, after praying, is picking up these thoughts of you. To win your heart with no deception would be my golden miracle. I care about you, am thinking of you, my heart feels warm for you and the dazzling beauty you have is completely undeniable. Everything feels perfectly right with you, this is why I have to share every moment in your arms. I know exactly what this means; that a gorgeous woman like you can ma...

Rich Music content in a perfect Movie Bastille Day 2016

“We’re running the city down; I bet you thought that you can make it on your own…” Everything about this movie gets me inspired and the careful manner in which attention was paid to details is exceptional. The film Bastille Day 2016 by James Watkins is profoundly brilliant. Unlimited moral of the story strands from the principle of “Good always triumphs over evil.”   So much richly produced reality content, from corruption in almost all forms of government as   we have all over the world today, to “the effect of unchecked greed” to “triumph of the innocent” to “the unreliable place of circumstantial evidence” to “the benefit of effective and thorough dedication to duty… the list goes on and on. My springboard is the great music content that is inescapable. With lines like “Many come many fall by the side, and I will take you there if you let me drive…it is a road less traveled” am reminded of the scene where Idris Elba goes after the alleged bomber who has to...

THE CHEMISTRY IN THE ART OF MUSIC

Music appreciation is what #AnimateExpressions are really about. We listen to music for lots of reasons. Word on the street is, even when a new music gets you going and there really is no particular reason for loving it, there you have is a pointer to some chemical reaction that is directly connected to the feeling that comes with needing music. Erik Jonasson II   rightly said “Music is one of the best ways we have available to communicate with others and understand ourselves with. It’s also something we can easily share with others. Let’s enjoy it, share it and love it.” ( http://ndsuspectrum.com/why-music-appreciation-is-important/#comment-50306 ) The enjoyment of listening is effectively therapeutic. Moods get lightened up, people get inspired, lives get changes, people touch others dearly… the list is endless when we talk about the impact music has on human existence. The world is full of music. We hear it as we shop and while driving in our cars. We atte...

THE POWER OF RAP MUSIC AND LECRAE’S PASSION FOR THE GOSPEL

My ears are prone grabbing rap lines. My spirit is quick to reverberate when the words in the music are used graciously in a priceless and timeless masterpiece. It is easy to say that all good music must be celebrated without prejudice to the color, race, age or sex of the artist or language in which the song was recorded. However, if you speak English Language and you are excited about learning to get better at it, then rap music will get you feeling blessed especially when you can listen, pick the lines and write them down yourself. This is how I get to score songs that I am passionate about. In this article, I want to focus on three songs done by Lecrae the amazing gospel rap paramount personality: Praying for you Boasting All I need is you Am not sure I know when these songs were released or what particular album they came in, not that I don’t care to find out, but I am too carried away by the divine fire in the songs and I believe, especially, that the gospel of...

FRETBOARD LINES FROM TAKING GUITAR LESSONS

I have always loved playing the guitar but never got a chance as a kid. Recently the respect I have for everyone that can play the guitar tripled because taking lessons and feeling so much pain all over my left fingers is no joke. My acoustic guitar lesson instructor says there is no way around it. I still want to believe there is a better way to perfecting the musical tricks but now that am here and determined to earn the skills, my passion cannot be deterred. I wrote this poem in one of the classes. Love is the bridge that keeps you and me together The saddle is calibrated same way my heart reflects different shades Like the scratch-plate, patience will protect us from scratches that show we’re getting better You and me, in love, strumming and picking notes ordered by the pitch of platonic scales   You didn’t want to hear what I had to say, o! it is true my dear Yea you walked away, I stayed up all night but I couldn’t pray Please don’t start a fight, no not ...

TIM GODFREY’S SONG “SO GOOD” MAKES ME RECEIVE AND TRUST JESUS CHRIST

We believe that Jesus Christ is the personification of God and he simultaneously encapsulates and transmits innate goodness in all circumstances, the definition and an expression of love unrestricted by conditions. This music influences me to consistently receive, trust and celebrate the only amazing tripartite personality with absolute divinity. The love poured out through this song flows out of willful adoration. Beginning with an accurate description of God “dependable” am totally at peace knowing that it doesn’t matter what comes my way Jesus remains good, loving and won’t stop being the savior of the world, the way he goes about doing his thing(goodness) is ‘intentional’ because he remains most trusted in every happenstance and/or circumstances.

ANIMATE EXPRESSIONS OF GRATITUDE FOR TIM GODFREY’S SONG “AHAA”

This is my testimony of how that my life experiences a paradigm shift as the connection with God in the proliferation of my spirituality is being constantly inspired by this song.🎵 First I must admire the poetic excellence exhibited in the rhythmic translations done by the Artist. The use of the Igbo and Yoruba languages gives the song a contemporary perfection while still retaining the deep Christian spirituality and total worship poured out to the Almighty God in spirit and in truth. “…You are good and you are kind…you’re my healer divine…you’re the first and the last, master of the universe…you’re the beginning and end, with you none can compare, you’re power none can contend…King of kings and lord of lords, to him all power belongs…”
