THE MUSICAL FICTION OF OIZA

It is Oiza the lady from the countryside. Last Night she called to say that the words don't feel right for her mood. It was right after the Radio presenter spoke in a deep on-air personality voice; "Love & life makes a great combination for musical creativity" Her story was not so much of a cliché.

At the beginning when it all started, she told him that her heart literally slowed every beat for his words. Back then, the song "Hello" by Adele was for (or so she thought) her neighbor Ruby who was, at the time, going through a rough breakup. Going from "Show me the meaning of being lonely" to "I don't care who you are...as long as you love me" both of Backstreet boys it was all epic. Yes! it was Ed Sheeran's "shape of you" that killed it, her showstopper and song for redefining the mood for good romantic times.

Every moment was fun, the evenings were especially perfect until he said he was no longer particularly excited about her. Boom! He took to the lyrics of Justin Bieber's "Love Yourself" damn it, went as far as "Bad Blood" by Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar. There was little or nothing she could do at this point. Complacency had surreptitiously melted the love away. What they once shared now feels like the remains of  forgotten carcasses.

"Walk on Water" Eminem and Beyonce is what I would recommend. Truly. With expectations so high, standards on targets so inhumane and unrealistic, you've got to cut 'you' some slack, give 'you' some credit because when you give it all you gat you're good. But if you want to jump out of your skin, hmm good-luck with that.

THE REVIEW OF RYMSTA RAY’S DEBUT ALBUM 'RAYNAISSANCE'

Get Album here Rymsta Ray is more than just a contemporary artist, fashionable and upwardly prolific; He is outstanding in being a Rap Music Minister who is deliberate about spearheading new things through good music and always taking performances to an exceptional echelon.     Interestingly, my first reaction to the album ‘Raynaissance’ was the need to get answers to the question on your inquisitive mind right now. What does the title of the album ‘Raynaissance’ mean?  Rymsta Ray says Raynaissance has a dual connotation; the first is an allusion to the Renaissance era, a period when there was revival of classical arts, literature and architecture in Europe. Indeed the album truly is a revival of good music. T...

These six selected songs are effective musical weapons of combat that consistently help us to succeed in, and stay on top of, everything that we do. 1.    'I Will Fear No more' by The Afters You’re my courage when I worry in the dead of night, You’re my strength ‘cause am not strong enough to win this fight, You are greater than the battle raging in my mind, I will trust you Lord I will fear no more... Our friends, family members and colleagues also have had, and still will continue to tell about undeniable experiences plus remarkable workings of miracles through the spirit that inspired this song.  Anxiety consistently seeks to defeat us when we focus on our capabilities and strengt...

MANDISA, KIRK FRANKLIN & TOBYMAC SING TO DESTROY RACISM

The law of mutual benefit provides that meaningful relationship is only possible when respect, honor and value are mutually shared. The quality of any relationship is completely dependent upon the willingness of mutual pursuit. These are the words of Dr. Robb D. Thompson in his book “10 Critical Laws of Relationships” The song I’m particularly excited about here is titled “Bleed the same”. Mandisa has a greatly inspired voice, perfectly pitched with musical precision. The feature of Kirk Franklin and TobyMac gives the track an excellent brilliance that rates the song perfect. “Only love can drive out all the darkness…. We were made to carry one another…” Many people find it difficult to understand the need for the presence and existence of others. Some just have   a twisted understanding of the essence of life. They think that their race or community is super superior and other human beings who cannot speak a particular language or do not subscribe to their...
