Motivation keeps the heart beating at its optimally regular pace. When I feel low, down and out, the best motivation is no doubt, music. Even when the reality of starting a day, a week or an entire process that requires a high level of focus and serious devotion hits us, music has an undeniable role to play in lifting spirits and keeping the mind alive with vibrant vibes regardless of the stress. “Just fight a little longer my friend, it’s all worth it in the end, but when you gat nobody to turn to, just hold on…” lines from the song “I’ll find you” by Tori Kelly and Lecrae. No doubt I often get to points in live when the fight just feels losing, the fight to survive, the fight to succeed, the fight to love and be loved… the list is endless.
